ncview installation on centos

yum install nco ncview

yum install ncview

netcdf will be installed again, so you need to tell which netcdf you want to use by editing the config file (.bashrc) and confirm the following line is exist:

export PATH=/usr/intel/netcdf/bin/:$PATH
