LayoutAnimationController为视图添加动画效果

渐变动画alpha animation和位移动画translate animation 为ListView的子视图添加动画效果。

步骤：

1.获取ListView的引用

2.创建默认动画集合对象

3.创建透明度渐变动画

4.创建位移动画

5.创建LayoutAnimationController对象并设置子视图动画系哦啊过持续时间

6.将LayoutAnimationController对象设置到ListView中

7.ListView设置Adapter
