How to config ReaderView of Firefox to print best fitable PDF.

1. Under the ReaderView mode, change the font size to biggest.
2. Press "ctrl" and "p" to call the Printing dialog, then open the "Properties" dialog.
3. Open the advanced options dialog, change the size of paper to "letter".
4. Close all printing properties dialogs by clicking "OK" and cancel printing.
5. Open the "File" menu, if you can't find it under Firefox window, press "alt" key. It will appear.
6. Select "Page Setup", on the "Format & Options" tab,
   set "Orientation" to "Portrait",
   set "Scale" to 150,
   uncheck "Shrink to fit Page Width",
   uncheck "Print Background(colors & images)
7. On the Margins & Header/Footer,
   set all margins to 0,
   also you can set all headers and footers to blank besides the page number.
8. Close "Page Setup" dialog, print to pdf(check "Print to file"), download to your Kindle and enjoy.
