POI2014的题

个人感觉上比2015更可做，最后只剩了3道题

Snake那道题我去官网下了题解然后看了半天没看明白，大概就是用哈密顿回路和3行的特点做一个神奇的大讨论DP，POI官网上至今也只有1人AC...

Around the world 那道题我也不知道为什么TLE了，感觉上我的时间复杂度是对的啊可能常数太大？反正是没卡过去

tourism这题看了一眼Claris的题解就果断弃疗了....
