解决mvn resources 404问题

如果你的web.xml 拦截器配置文件如下配置

<filter>        <filter-name>encodingFilter</filter-name>        <filter-class>org.springframework.web.filter.CharacterEncodingFilter</filter-class><init-param>        <param-name>encoding</param-name>        <param-value>UTF-8</param-value>        </init-param><init-param>        <param-name>forceEncoding</param-name>        <param-value>true</param-value></init-param></filter><filter-mapping>        <filter-name>encodingFilter</filter-name>        <url-pattern>/*</url-pattern></filter-mapping>

则会出现图片无法在jsp正常显示问题，这个时候需要加入静态资源配置
静态资源配置在spring-serverlt.xml下面

spring-serverlt配置文件如下

其中

<mvc:resources mapping="/upload/**" location="/upload/" cache-period="31556926"/>    <mvc:annotation-driven />      <mvc:default-servlet-handler/>

这三个是必须要配置的缺一不可否则会报404错误
