When you try to unlock your computer by pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE, your computer restarts unexpectedly. You may receive the following Stop error:
STOP: c000021a (Fatal System Error) The Windows Logon Process System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x0000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.

CAUSE
This issue may occur when the following conditions are both true: • The Multilingual User Interface Pack (MUI) is installed on your computer.-and- • The Language bar is in the upper-left area of your screen when you lock your computer by pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE.

WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, move the Language bar to the bottom of your screen before you lock your computer.

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Windows XP.
