错误现象：

org.apache.hadoop.hive.metastore.HiveMetaException: Schema initialization FAILED! Metastore state would be inconsistent !!

解决办法：（1. 将metastore_db更名为：metastore_db.tmp 2.schematool -initSchema -dbType derby）
