Python安装jupyter (linux)

在安装时一直下载速度很慢导致安装失败。出现 read timed out 。后来查各种，发现更改pip源到国内是种好方法。

步骤： 1、新建文件夹： mkdir ~/.pip

             2、建立文件：touch pip.conf

             3、增加如下内容到pip.conf

        [global]        index-url = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple      4、pip install jupyter      5、在终端中打开： jupyter notebook
