使用Sharepoint自定义Feature直接调用dll，主要是在Feature.xml文件中对我们自己编译出来的dll进行引用。
Feature.xml

主要是使用 ReceiverAssembly属性来引用dll，注意这个的dll要使用强命名后放到GAC中。

这样我们就实现了使用Sharepoint自定义Feature直接调用dll了。
