解决winondow下安装Composer-Setup失败问题

在window下安装Composer-Setup.exe，出错信息“The openssl extension is missing, which will reduce the security and stability of Composer. If possible you should enable it or recompile php with –with-openssl”。

解决办法：
1. 在php.ini中去掉 extension=php_openssl.dll 这一行开头的注释；
2. 去掉extension_dir = “./”这一行开的注释；
