1、下载最新的Eclipse，我的版本:Neon (Eclipse 4.6) Release
   如果没有安装的请到这里下载安装：https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

2、下载SVN插件subclipse，http://www.eclipse.org/subversive/latest-releases.php。

3、SVN插件下载地址及更新地址，你根据需要选择你需要的版本。

4、通过Eclipse安装，看图

Location：选择刚才下载的文件保存地址即可。

安装完后重启即可

eclipse neon安装svn4.0插件报错

打开ECLIPSE查看SVN配置：

这个东西在安装完svn 4.0.0版本插件后，没有相应的connector，通过点击get connector按钮，使用网络来下载javahl插件和svnkit1.8.14

插件，然后重启后需要选择javahl插件。

安装完毕后重启即可。
