带动画的横向柱状图

实现原理:
1)自定义View:onSizeChanged()方法里边根据传入的“重阳股份”等两个名称确定柱状图的左边起点坐标、右侧终点坐标
2)根据传入的数据值确定将上边得到的右侧绘图部分的长度分割成多少合适:两正、两负取绝对值最大的那个数据进行分割就好,一正一负将绘图部分的一半进行分割就好。
