I graduated from Nanjing Universityof Posts and Telecommunications.

my major is the Information andCommunication Engineering. In the past 3 years , I worked in ZTECorporation as a software development，especially Web front-end development, I like the job I do.Inmy spare time, I love dancing，yoga and reading history releated books. Everybody knows that exercise not onlykeeps us healthy, but also has a goodeffect on ourstudy. 

Frankly speak, I’m attracted by theposition you offer. Moreover，citrix is a global company, so I feelI can gain a lot from working in this kind of company. That is thereason why I come here to compete for thisposition.

2.为什么要辞职？

The former company hasn’t done wellin the past 2 years, they have to make some redundancy and ourdepartment is lucky enough to be one of them. What apity. 

Frankly speak, I’m attracted by theposition you offer. My current employer now offers an okay salary,but the career opportunities here are very limited because the sizeof business is relatively small. I think you can understand mychoice. 

Because in my previous project group，I have to work overtime, This is not to say that I don't work hard,but I want a balance between work and life，and I also want morechance for me to give full pay to my ablity, so I decided to changemy job and  my working environment, I'd like tofind a job which is more challenging. Moreover，citrix is a globalcompany, so I feel I can gain a lot from working in this kind ofcompany. That is the reason why I come here to compete for thisposition. I think I'm a good team player and a person of greathonesty to others. Also，I am able to work under great pressure. Iam confident that I am qualified for the post of engineer in yourcompany.

3.What’s the meaning of your Englishname? 你的英文名字有什么含义么？

My English name Bonnie comes from amodel I like, She's beautiful and work hard, and she's allpowerful，She also like yoga and dance, sh also is a host and showjudge, She is doing charity，I want to be a person like her.

4.What’s the meaning of your emailaddress? 你的电子邮件地址有什么寓意么？

well，IOT means Ineternet of Things, Igratuated from  njuput of IOT, and why is300,because it menas outlook thirtieth Century，I want to lookingahead, keeping pace with the times, also, I want to encouragemyself never to be lazy! You know I am a hardworking person.

5.Where are you from? Where is yourhometown? 你是哪里人？家乡在什么地方？

Well, my hometown is a small townwhich you probably have heard of. The name of the town is peixian, Peixian is the hometown of Liu Bang,Liu Bang wasthe first emperor of the Han Dynasty

The town is located in the north ofJiangsu Province. When you look at the map, China looks like arooster on the map. My hometown alougth is known to most peoplebecause it’s quite poor. The average income for a family is lessthan two or three thousand RMB per month. 

5. Why did you select your major areaof study? 你为什么选择了这个专业？ 

问题分析： 外国面试官更喜欢提“为什么”的问题，他希望申请人是一个有主见的人。 

回答示范1： I was quite good atmathematics and physics back in high school so I chose a relatedmajor, Computer and Telecommunications. You know, these two majorsare the hottest these years.I  like this major andwant do the things I like.

7. Describe the employee you mostenjoy working with. 你最喜欢和什么样的同事一起合作？ 

I enjoy working with positive-mindedpeople who don’t complain too much. I find it uncomfortable to workwith those who always complain. In my opinion, we either need tomake improvements or accept the facts. Complaining is a total wasteof time.

13. What is an ideal boss like?你最喜欢的老板是什么样子的？ 

Ideal boss? Let me see. Well, in myopinion, an ideal boss can effectively motivate his or hersubordinates by encouraging good performance and punishing poorperformance. I will feel highly motivated to do a good job if Iknow my boss would reward me for excellentperformance. 

14.What do you consider yourstrengths as an employee? 作为一名公司职员，你觉得自己有什么优点？ 

问题分析： 请大家注意， 这个问题的前提是“作为一名员工的优点”，它和单纯的“你有什么优点”是有区别的。你必须列举自己在工作场合的优点。 

回答示范1： I am keen on makingimprovements. I can find problems and like to find ways to solvethe problems. Our team has a Suggestion Scheme, that is, everyemployee is encouraged to offer suggestions on improvements totechnology and management. Besides technical suggestions I havealso given some advice on management, though it seems unimportantto some people. For example, I have suggested that music be playedin the workplace, and that one light is good enough in toiletsinstead of three lights. I am persistent. 

30. What do you see as yourweaknesses as an employee? 作为一名公司职员，你觉得自己有什么缺点？ 

I am likely to be influenced by theenvironment. I study hard when I find everybody else studying hard!It would be great if I could join Citrix, as I can be influenced bythe high quality people here! 

31. What factors in a work situationmotivate you? 工作中有哪些因素能够激励你？ 

问题分析： 在这个问题上， 面试官要捕捉的信息点是： 第一，你是什么样的人？能直截了当告诉面试官自己需要钱来激励的申请人一定是比较爽直的人； 一个需要老板表扬的家伙一定自尊心很强， 等等。第二，这份工作到底能否让你满意？ 

回答示范： There are many, hehe, I’measily motivated. Money; of course; is a key motivator. The senseof achievement also motivates me a lot, say, winning honors, beingpraised by boss, clients and colleagues. In addition, pressure canprovide motivation for me, too. 

点评： 很全面的回答， 体现出申请人的几大优点： 第一，实话实说自己喜欢钱； 第二， 自己是个容易被鼓舞的人， 要知道面试官最怕招聘进来一个不爱钱财、不爱美人的冷面人，不爱吃胡萝卜的驴不可能好好拉磨； 第三， 自己是个好胜心很强的人， 喜欢获得奖励获得老板与客户的认可； 第四，自己不怕压力。
