在运行 configure的时候报这个错误。
原因是没有在 CPPFLAGS里指定头文件的位置。
执行
export CPPFLAGS="-I/home/charles/code/build_systemd/libcap2-2.24/libcap/include"
后，重新运行 configure就好了。
