最近互联网上闹得满城风雨的话题非陈冠希的艳照门莫属，虽然艳照门逐渐趋于平静，但还是有很多值得我们反思的地方。艳照门的第一个原因是隐私保护不当，CGX早就被口诛笔伐N遍了；第二个则是信息高速公路“过于”发达、“违章”频繁。

 

这就不得不提到“网警”了，此次艳照门的扩大和网警们的失职有莫大联系，如果每个网警秉公执法，尽职尽责，恐怕这次事件也闹不到惊动香港“皇家警察”的地步。何况皇家警察并不擅长追查网上犯罪，他们并不擅长从互联网上寻找蛛丝马迹，而这些本来是网警的工作范畴，如果网警不动手，那就是白瞎。在这个事件中，我们注意以下几个特点：

 

一，互联网的传播性是事件发展扩大的重要因素，而传播者应该对事件负连带责任，正是这些传播者才使得事件如同原子弹爆炸一样迅速扩散开来；

 

二，网民非官方的看法致使事件迅速恶化，幸灾乐祸，以讹传讹，甚至是唯恐天下不乱，看了艳照还看热闹，让这个事件并不单停留在照片上，毕竟照片的吸引力很有限；

 

三，从源头抓才是上策，这次捉拿“奇拿”似乎无果而终，但这却给网警们一个提示------直捣黄龙是最好的，抓不到源头就要各处封杀，不能听之任之。

 

以上几点和网警的职责是有密切联系的，显然，网警在这次事件中没有起到相应的作用，其实，大部分网警也是抱着无关痛痒的态度，甚至巴不得事件越闹越大，毕竟互联网过于发达，犯罪形式层出不穷，追查网络罪犯是难上加难。我们不求网警能把奇拿捉拿归案绳之以法，但及时屏蔽“黄色”图片下载还是应该的，这次艳照门能闹得这么火，网警的脸是丢大了。

 

 

What a shame for the NetCop in the issue of“Photos”

Recently, the hottest topic in Internet must not be the issue of“Photos” but nothing. Although it becomes quiet, there are somepoints should make reflect the whole issue. The primary reason isthe protection of privacy and the second is the Internet is sodeveloped and there are many things out of the control.

 

We have to remind the NetCop. I think they are whollyresponsible for this issue. If they have been on duty, the eventcan’t be so significant to alert HK police. And we know they arenot so good at do with this kind of things. If the NetCop don’tspare any time on it, that’s useless. We should pay attention tosome special features such as :

 

The propagation of Internet is the most important factor for theevent to expand. But the disseminator should be responsible forsome points. Because of their hard working, the photos spread overthe whole world.

The view points are so many and so different. There are manykinds of opinions such as try to make the thing become worse. Thephotos can attract some people but that’s not the whole thing.

 

The best way is control the resource. The HK police can’t catchKira but they can get other result. That’s if you can’t catch thecriminals you should control the resource.

 

There is some deep relationship between the event and theresponsibility of the NetCop. They have not made any effects inthis event. I know they don’t care about that but they hope theevent become hotter and hotter. Also it is impossible for them toarrest the criminal. So we don’t hope they can arrest Kira butcontrol the developing of the event. So they should refuse thedownload of photos and control the websites. But they can’t do so,what a shame for them.
