Create amilestone
I want to create a reference point or milestone in ourproject plan that marks the end of a major phase. In this case, the shipping ofa software application. First of all, I insert a new task that represents theactual milestone, and call it ship, and I give it a duration of 0 days, and anytask of 0 duration automatically become milestone, the Microsoft Office Projectdisplayed the blank diamonds in the Gantt chart view for the milestone, now alternativelyI can specify the milestone has a duration of 1 day, then I will click a task information,and in the advanced tab, I will select “Mark task as milestone”.
