linux上命令用不了

今天服务器上用不了pip命令,出现错误:

解决方法:

exportLANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8

exportLANG=en_US.UTF-8

exportLC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8

locale-gen en_US.UTF-8

sudodpkg-reconfigure locales
