Mac OS安装nginx with nginx-stick-module-ng

1. download nginx 1.10.0

2. download nginx-sticky-module-ng

3. ./configure --with-http_stub_status_module --with-http_ssl_module --with-http_realip_module --with-openssl=/usr/local/ssl --add-module=../nginx-sticky-module-ng

4. make

5. make install

其中涉及到open ssl的安装

1. download openssl-1.0.2h

2. ./Configure darwin64-x86_64-cc -shared

3. make

4. make install
